  • This is a useful tool we use so that if your favourite class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist to be notified of cancellations and when a space becomes available. Class availability changes all the time, so it’s likely you could join the class of your choice if you are on the waitlist.

  • We are very flexible with lateness, as we understand that there can be a multitude of reasons for being late and we certainly don’t want to add extra stress to the matter.

You are welcome at any time after the start of the class to join. The only requirement of our lateness policy is that we ask you to come in quietly, stow your belongings, and get ready for class without disturbing the rest of the group.
